Job Description

We are seeking a talented Infrastructure Systems Engineer to join our team at Dijital Team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining mission critical infrastructure with a focus on availability, performance, and security.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical infrastructure support.
• Manage and resolve client incidents and requests within SLA’s.
• Amend and maintain technical documentation for client environments.
• Serve as an escalation point for support teams.
• Help maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure.
• Adhere to ITIL Framework processes.
• Provide after-hours on-call support.
• Adhere to information security policies.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Infrastructure Support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and more.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Exchange, and virtualization.
• Background in IT or systems engineering.
• Desired skills:
• Backup Technologies, NAS, Network fundamentals, Anti-Virus, Citrix, and more.
