Job Description
Overview:
As a Logistics Executive at Voigue, you will be responsible for optimizing bulk fuel scheduling performance. This includes effectively communicating scheduling changes, ensuring efficient fleet deliveries, and maintaining delivery efficiency.
Scope of Responsibility/Accountability:
Key responsibilities involve planning bulk fuel deliveries, allocating resources efficiently, providing excellent customer service while adhering to HSSE regulations, overseeing scheduling reports, and managing stock levels at sites.
Key Selection Criteria, Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Comfortable with 24/7 rotating rosters
- Proficiency in Excel and VBA coding
- Experience in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
- Previous experience in fuel distribution scheduling and knowledge of fuel delivery operations and regulations are advantageous
