Job Description

Job Duties

• Ensure all customer orders are delivered as planned and monthly sales and OTIF targets achieved.
• Act as a focal point of contact between sales team in Canada/Dubai, operation team in Pakistan, Local customers, and factory operations team.
• Coordinate customer visits, provide information about factory and products while maintaining confidentiality.
• Communicate customer data to relevant departments effectively for continuous flow and elimination of delays.
• Responsible for order confirming activities and timely reporting to management.
• Ensure Art Works completed 60 days prior to delivery date.
• Fill production capacity effectively utilizing support from customers.
• Evaluate, coach, and motivate team members, identify training needs, and arrange necessary trainings.

Requirements

• BSc Degree in Supply chain or Accounting qualification.
• More than 5 years’ experience in similar role.
• Understanding of manufacturing environment and relevant computer applications.
• Strong reporting and excellent communication skills.
