Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Vision Engineer to join our R&D and Product Development team at OncoTech. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer vision, machine learning, and image processing, with a proven track record of developing and deploying machine vision applications. As a Senior Machine Vision Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced vision systems that solve complex real-world problems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of machine vision algorithms and applications for various projects.
• Design and implement computer vision and image processing pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate vision solutions into products and systems.
• Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in machine vision and related technologies.
• Optimize and deploy machine vision models for real-time performance and scalability.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and expertise.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vision system performance and accuracy.
• Document design decisions, algorithms, and processes clearly and comprehensively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science or Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in machine vision, computer vision, or a related area.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and frameworks like OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of image processing techniques, feature extraction, and pattern recognition.
• Experience with deep learning techniques and neural network architectures for vision applications.
• Knowledge of hardware and software integration for vision systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
