Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Assistant Manager – Social Media with over 3 years of team leadership experience, who is eager to drive our social media initiatives while focusing on backing our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading social media teams, developing strategies, and aligning content with brand objectives and product goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of social media strategies to support product launches, promotions, and brand growth.
- Oversee planning and execution of social media campaigns on key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Manage and mentor a small team of social media specialists, guiding content creation and campaign execution.
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to align social media content with messaging and objectives.
- Monitor performance, provide reports, and optimize strategies.
- Create high-quality content that enhances engagement and product awareness.
- Manage social media calendars for timely and consistent delivery.
- Engage with the online community, manage interactions, and foster positive relationships.
- Stay updated with social media trends and tools to enhance campaigns.
Requirements:
- 3+ years team leadership in social media or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in managing product-focused social media strategies.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a small team.
