Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead – Accounts Receivables to manage and mentor our talented AR team, ensuring top-notch financial operations and compliance with industry standards.
Location: Hybrid
Shift: Australian Hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of AR professionals, driving performance, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines in all AR processes.
- Prepare and present detailed Age Analysis Reports, offering actionable insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining the highest standards in all AR processes.
- Identify and implement best practices to streamline AR operations, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless financial operations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in AR management with at least 3 years of hands-on experience leading a team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in generating, analyzing, and presenting detailed Age Analysis Reports.
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with Vlookup, Pivot Tables, and other relevant tools to manage large datasets and complex financial information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
