Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing strategic business plans
- Online-based sourcing, supplier correspondence, preparation of cost sheets
- Provide comprehensive secretarial, coordination, administrative service to the CEO
- Handle company’s confidential information
- Coordinate between the CEO and other departments
Requirements:
- Business management qualification from a reputed institution
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a similar capacity
- Good accounting, finance knowledge, and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to organize others
- Discreet, trustworthy, and maintains a high level of confidentiality
- Work independently under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other common applications
- Flexible and adaptable
