Job Description
The Job:
- Respond to customer queries promptly within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Initiate a call or meeting with the customer to address and resolve the problem directly.
- Monitor and track all customer queries received daily for timely resolution.
- Review and maintain existing support articles, updating them as needed.
- Extract knowledge from AI bots to respond to client queries independently.
- Assist with payment-related issues for internal and external customers.
- Address internal support requests efficiently to meet team needs.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for support processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business management.
- 1-2 years of work experience preferred.
- Above average written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work during US shift hours and on-site at our office.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail.
