Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and handle all aspects of sea export customer service and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and internal teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Train and mentor junior team members
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sea export customer service experience
  • Strong understanding of international shipping regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
  • Experience with freight forwarding systems is a plus
  • Strong leadership skills and detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
