Applova is a rapidly growing tech company that allows restaurants to take their business mobile with a customized order-ahead app, web ordering, and self-ordering kiosks. We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to drive customer onboarding, troubleshoot, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries
  • Help customers with a smooth onboarding experience
  • Set up menus in the system
  • Respond to support requests promptly
  • Coordinate with the team for customer support

Desired skills and experience:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Good analytical and data entry skills
  • Business acumen and customer service approach
  • Technology understanding and troubleshooting experience
  • Minimum of 1 year in Customer Support
