Job Description
A leading printing ink manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic Production Manager to join their talented team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers to set objectives and needs.
- Apply color knowledge, manufacturing practices specific to the paint industry.
- Plan resources, manage raw materials.
- Oversee production, cost planning.
- Ensure quality standards adherence.
- Organize workflows, monitor production.
- Supervise production staff performance.
- Implement health and safety measures.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years paint industry experience.
- Chemical processes experience preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO standards.
