Job Description
The Job
- Customer acquisitions through direct channel as per strategy set by the center.
- Appointment and retention of channel partners, who could provide headcount to be deployed in required areas.
- Training & motivation of channel partner staff on product and acquisition strategy.
- Provide continuous & regular updates on competitors’ activities in the market.
- Ensure quality of acquisition.
- Managing channel staff with professionalism, integrity & accuracy.
The Person
- Full or partial qualification in CIM/SLIM or an equivalent Degree or S&M qualification.
- Basic computer literacy with knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Power Point.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in territory management or direct sales.
