Job Description

Job Profile:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Digital Marketing: Lead SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising.
- Public Relations: Manage media relations and crisis communication.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate on campaigns for financial products.
- Customer Insights: Use data analytics to improve engagement.
- Team Management: Lead a team with a culture of creativity.
- Budget Management: Allocate resources efficiently for ROI.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise on marketing matters.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Membership in CIMA, CMA, SLIM, or relevant institution.
- 8-10 years marketing experience, with 5 years in senior leadership.
- Proven track record in marketing and communication strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in brand management and public relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil a plus.
