Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business and Wholesale NOC Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the Network Operation Center (NOC) for our business and wholesale clients. This includes troubleshooting network issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring high levels of network performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience in a NOC environment or a similar role is preferred.
- Monitor and maintain business and wholesale clients’ network systems
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex problems
- Ensure high levels of network performance and availability
