Job Description
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to accurately track and record cash flow. Experience in maintaining a financial database, problem-solving, tracking 1099s, and creating year-end reports is required.
Responsibilities:
- Review and record vendor invoices for accuracy
- Process employee expense reports, identify discrepancies, and escalate as needed
- Maintain knowledge of approved vendors and policies to prevent unauthorized payments
- Maintain 1099s and generate year-end reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification in Accounting
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing
- Strong organizational, analytical, and recording skills
- Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office suite
