Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bancassurance Executive located in Negombo. The Bancassurance Executive will be responsible for selling life and health insurance solutions, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with bank partners, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Insurance product knowledge and understanding
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in bancassurance or financial services is a plus
