Job Description

Reporting To – CEO or Head of Operations

Job Responsibilities

1. To manage the outlet and achieve the KPI’s provided
2. To motivate staff members
3. To provide regular training to staff members
4. To maintain adequate shelf stocks and buffer stocks of all products
5. To ensure effective product display and merchandising
6. To handle customer complaints professionally
7. To ensure timely ordering of products
8. To maintain accurate documentation
9. To build customer relationships and loyalty
10. To upkeep housekeeping standards

Person Specifications

1. Experience – At least 05 years as an outlet manager
2. Education – Diploma or Certificate in Retailing preferred
3. Target oriented, positive attitude, and creative
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Systematic, people-oriented, and career-focused
6. Good selling and merchandising skills
