Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and employee engagement activities.
  • Help with the onboarding process and maintain employee records.
  • Participate in HR projects, including performance management, employee relations, and training programs.
  • Handle other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate/Foundation in HRM from CIPM, or
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or Management.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
