Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and employee engagement activities.
- Help with the onboarding process and maintain employee records.
- Participate in HR projects, including performance management, employee relations, and training programs.
- Handle other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications:
- Certificate/Foundation in HRM from CIPM, or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or Management.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
