Job Description
The Lyceum Campus is a leading institution in adult education, currently looking for an exceptional Executive Program Administrator to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating programs and activities.
- Monitor implementation of program policies and practices.
- Ensure programs are on schedule, within budget, and running smoothly.
- Support program growth and development.
- Provide IT support for staff and students, managing an IT help desk.
- Offer IT assistance during campus events and workshops.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Education, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Program Coordination or similar role.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in program management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Previous experience in education industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and E-Learning systems.
- Available to work weekends when required.
