Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for numbers to join and grow with ikman.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Revenue Reporting and reconciliation.
• Maintenance of petty cash and related records
• Prepare and record Invoices, Payment vouchers on a timely manner
• Processing payments, collecting and monitoring receivables
• Prepare monthly accounts payable and receivable reports
• Track bank deposits and payments including reconciliation reports
• Assist the finance team in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in Finance and Accounting or Full qualification in AAT
• 1 year experience in a similar capacity
• Conversant in both written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Highly motivated with willingness to take ownership and prepared to excel in an intense, high-paced work environment
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience in using financial software
