Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at Orient Insurance Sri Lanka in Colombo. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new bancassurance and direct business opportunities, building partner relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
