Job Description
The job holder is responsible for drafting Rescheduling papers in the SME – S stage 3 portfolio to maximize recoveries as per the Bank’s budgets.
The Job:
- Responsible for evaluating and drafting rescheduling proposals for SME S clients
- Collaborate with Business Banking RM, Credit Officers, and RRO’s
- Handle a large volume of Board Papers to maximize NPL recoveries
- Identify problematic cases and provide settlement options
- Ensure high levels of customer service orientation and adherence to bank policies
- Profile customers & develop recovery strategies
The Person:
- Qualifications in Banking or Diploma in Credit Management
- Minimum 5 years’ overall banking experience with 3 years in lending units
- Demonstrate strong business acumen
- Excellent business writing and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure as a team player
