Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trainee Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. The role involves providing comprehensive support to medical investigators in hospitals, coordinating and managing clinical studies across multiple disease areas. The position requires adherence to research management systems, ensuring timely completion of studies under supervision of medical specialists.
- Bachelors’ Degree in health sciences or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Flexibility in travel, home visits, and weekend work.
- Preference for candidates in Colombo.
