Job Description
We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka looking for a Senior Manager / AGM – Solar Projects (roof) for a well-known conglomerate in Colombo. Responsibilities include strategizing roof solar projects, overseeing project execution, managing teams/stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- Proven experience in solar project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to make strategic decisions under pressure
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in roof solar project management
- Experience in renewable energy industry a plus
- Prior experience in managing roof solar projects an advantage
