Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Bartender at Shangri-La Sri Lanka in Colombo. The Bartender will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with guests, handling food & beverage orders, managing cash transactions, and bartending at various outlets within the property.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Food & Beverage and Bartending expertise
- Cash Handling proficiency
- Experience in mixology and cocktail preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Certification in bartending or hospitality management is beneficial
