Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in IT systems engineering with ManageEngine focus.
- Strong knowledge of ManageEngine solutions like OpManager, ServiceDesk Plus, Desktop Central, and ADManager Plus.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience in network monitoring, endpoint management, and IT service management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications like ManageEngine Certified Professional (MECP) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Project management skills and Agile methodologies experience.
