Job Description

We’re a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka seeking an HRBP for a FMCG company in Nuwara Eliya District. The HRBP will align HR functions with business goals, acting as a trusted advisor to management, driving organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Resolve complex employee relations issues
• Manage performance reviews and professional development
