Job Description
MANAGER FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS (FP&A)- Colombo
Key Responsibilities
- Leading financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
- Provide commercial insight, analyze results, and challenge performance
- Produce accurate management reports
- Prepare financial forecasts and budgets
- Support company strategic planning and initiatives
- Ensure data integrity and use analytical tools for insights
- Lead the costing team to improve efficiency
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, accounting qualification
- Master’s Degree preferred
- 5-6 years FP&A experience with managerial experience
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking skills
- Salary: Negotiable
