Job Description
The Job:
- Evaluate product warranties and performance specifications prior to tender submission to ensure compliance.
- Conduct a thorough review of the contractor’s specified methodologies to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor and assess construction activities for alignment with proposals and standards.
- Assess contractor bids from a technical perspective to select the most suitable one.
- Inspect project work to ensure compliance with Australian standards and specifications.
- Develop remediation plans for structural issues like balconies.
- Prepare detailed documentation outlining solutions for defects.
- Liaise with project managers in project execution and completion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Member of IESL.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
