Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork, organizing orientation sessions, and providing assistance to new employees.
- Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Help coordinate training sessions or workshops for employees and assist in tracking training participation and records.
- Provide support for HR projects and initiatives, including conducting research, compiling data, and assisting with policy development.
- Provide assistance with any HR function as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Professional Qualification program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in spoken & written English
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate ethical conduct.
