Responsibilities:
- Handle all reservation inquiries with a friendly, effective & prompt manner.
- Ensure all reservations are recorded and entered following company procedures.
- Maximize conversation of inquiries and maintain guest relationships.
- Update management and colleagues regarding reservations.
- Coordinating with on-site teams and responding to Social Media inquiries.
- Sending emails with special offers to agents and guest database.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of similar hotel experience mandatory.
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and strong computer skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to resolve customer issues.
