Role Description

This full-time on-site role involves managing human resources at Deen Brothers Imports. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, training, employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
• Experience in performance management and conflict resolution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on creating a positive work environment
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Experience in the import/export industry is beneficial
