Qualifications
- Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
- Experience in performance management and conflict resolution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on creating a positive work environment
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
