Job Description
Work Hours:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Weekdays
8:30 AM – 12:30 PM Saturday
Location: Rajagiriya, Colombo (For an Education Institute)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive student enrollment.
- Utilize digital platforms and social media for engaging campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the student journey.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities for opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in education marketing and student enrollment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.
