Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the HRIS system for employee management, ensuring accurate data handling.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Finalize monthly payroll data and coordinate with Finance.
- Ensure legal compliance and fulfill obligations.
- Develop annual training plans and implement HR policies.
- Supervise administrative processes and handle employee relations.
- Plan HR initiatives to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills:
- Strong communication skills, 2+ years experience in HR, preferably in hospitality.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS handling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Special preference for candidates in Ella and Bandarawela area.
