Job Description

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka (Hybrid)

Our client based in the UK is looking for a meticulous and customer-centric Software Implementation Specialist to join their team. In this role, you’ll customize their software solutions to meet clinicians’ specific needs during the onboarding process. Collaborating closely with the team of clinicians, you’ll understand the customers requirements and ensure their software is configured to deliver the optimal user experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements.
• Customize and configure software solutions to align with client workflows and practices.
• Conduct thorough testing of customised solutions to ensure they meet the expectations set out by the clinicians in our team.
• Provide training and support if required to customers.
• Document client requirements, customizations, and configurations.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during implementation.
• Work closely with the development team to suggest improvements and enhancements based on client feedback.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Competencies:

• At least 4+ years of experience working in the software industry preferably in a healthcare domain in a similar role.
