Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- The selected candidate will be involved in ensuring NMRA related licenses are available, coordinate with principles for NMRA requirements, prepare dossiers and arrange for submission.
- Able to understand Legal & Technical documentation.
- Gather, evaluate, organize & manage information in a variety of formats.
- Ensure compliance with regulations set by the Manufacturer & NMRA.
- Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislation & guidelines.
- Planning, undertaking & overseeing product trials & regulatory inspections.
- Outlining requirements for labeling, storage & packing & advising the teams.
- Liaising & negotiating with regulatory authorities (NMRA).
- Maintaining Tender readings, analyzing information product-wise every 6 months & presenting to the team.
- Preparation of Tenders from start to the end.
- Attending pre-bid meetings & tender deposits where necessary.
- Attending tender evaluation committee meetings where representation is required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
- Degree/Diploma in pharmacy (SLMC/ SLNC/ PHRC/ NAITA certificate would be an added advantage).
- Very good knowledge in NMRA regulations, guidelines and regulatory affairs with 2-3 Years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Good knowledge of the English language coupled with Communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle a team in an effective and productive manner.
- Computer literacy.
