Job Description
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
- Experience in receptionist duties, including guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- A diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
