Job Description
Our client, a leading apparel manufacturer with a global presence, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager for one of their clusters.

Your responsibilities will be to:
- Achieve production targets
- Maintain factory costs
- Maintain overtime costs within the budget
- Ensure the required Operator cadre is maintained
- Decrease absenteeism and turnover
- Drive the performance management process in the factory
- Maintain the agreed direct/indirect ratio in the factory
- Analyze HR indicators and take actions accordingly
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly working hours
- Handle any other assigned tasks or responsibilities by management
