Role Description
This full-time role based in Colombo requires a Guest Relations Officer to ensure customer satisfaction, provide top-notch service, handle receptionist duties, and maintain effective guest communication.
Qualifications
- Prior city hotel experience required
- Skills in Guest Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Proven record of exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in multiple languages a plus
- Previous hospitality industry experience preferred
