Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an Operation Analyst / Senior Operation Analyst – Billing in the field of Toxicology. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in toxicology billing, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Key responsibilities include reconciling billing discrepancies, assisting in budget forecasting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in billing operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in toxicology billing is preferred but not required.
