Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Executive & Operations Executive at Bernard Tours. The role involves tasks such as tour planning, managing guided tours, curating personalized holidays, effective communication with clients and partners, and overseeing tour operations in Colombo.

Qualifications:

• Tour Planning, Guided Tours, and Tour Management skills
• Ability to create detailed and engaging itineraries
• Strong communication skills for effective interactions
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Knowledge of local attractions and tourist spots in Sri Lanka
