Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives, focusing on building strong relationships with global suppliers of food ingredients.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and evaluate new trends in the global food industry.
- Onboard new suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Negotiate favorable pricing and contracts with suppliers.
- Manage existing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Science or Management graduate with a strong understanding of the food industry.
- Proven experience in the Tea industry, preferable with experience in a reputable tea export company.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in market research and trend analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
