Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting the daily process efficiency and quality KPIs.
- Status capturing and denial resolution of outstanding insurance AR.
- Appeal submission, non-collectible resolution, and cash acceleration initiatives.
- Ability to adapt to deliver results in multiple PMS using prior experience.
- Upkeep of AR summaries and periodic trending AR reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role is a must.
- Degree or a Professional Qualification in General Management.
- Sound knowledge of AR Collections best practices.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook proficiency.
