Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- ◾ Manage courier packages to Customers and internal suppliers, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
- ◾ Verify Buyer POs for accuracy in pricing, delivery details, and other critical information.
- ◾ Coordinate with the production team for a seamless handover of confirmed styles, ensuring all details are complete and presented flawlessly.
- ◾ Collaborate with the development merchandising team for a thorough handover, ensuring clear understanding of all details.
- ◾ Handle all sampling and fabric testing processes in line with SOPs, working closely with Technical and Fabric departments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- ◾ 3-4 years of experience as a Bulk Merchandiser in the apparel industry.
- ◾ Degree/Diploma or professional qualification in Merchandising.
- ◾ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- ◾ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- ◾ A true team player with the ability to work independently and self-motivate.
- ◾ Excellent time management skills, super organized, and able to handle ad hoc/urgent requests effectively.
