Job Summary:
The HR Manager with 15 years of experience is responsible for overseeing human resources practices, developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, and enhancing workforce performance while ensuring compliance. Lead the HR team to deliver innovative HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management for HR insights
- Oversee full recruitment cycle and employer branding
- Manage onboarding programs and performance appraisals

Qualifications:
