Job Description
We are hiring for the position of HR Executive at 98 Acres Resort and Spa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the HRIS system for employee management.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Finalize monthly payroll data and ensure legal compliance.
- Develop annual training plans and implement HR policies.
- Supervise administrative processes and handle employee relations.
- Administer benefits and oversee health and safety protocols.
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS handling.
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or equivalent qualification.
