Job Description
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Chemistry, Physics, or Molecular Biology from a recognized institute.
- Experience in a scientific laboratory will be a definite advantage (Analytical/Chromatography).
- Full or part qualifications from a recognized marketing body.
- Data analytics and market analysis skills would be an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written communications.
- An aptitude to work independently with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned product/principal range and provide support.
- Develop and implement market plans for the assigned product range.
- Handle pricing structure and annual principal training schedule.
- Execute brand promotional activities as per the principal event calendar.
- Supervise after-sales service strategy, customer life cycle cost management, and customer instrument file maintenance.
