Role Description:
This full-time role in Colombo involves managing sales operations, developing strategies, building customer relationships, assisting in research, and meeting sales targets as an Assistant Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Strategy skills
- Market Research and Analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Track record of meeting sales targets
- Team and independent work ability
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
- Electrical industry experience is a plus
- A/L or sales marketing Diploma
- Technical qualification is advantageous
- Monthly sales target achiever
