Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at The Factory Outlet in Colombo. Responsibilities include HR management, employee relations, and overseeing all HR aspects.
Qualifications
- HR Management and Operations skills
- Employee Relations expertise
- Knowledge of HR Policies
- Experience in Human Resources (HR)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in fashion retail HR department is a plus.
