Job Description

As a Client Relationship Executive at SRP International, you will play a vital role as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback. Your responsibilities include providing top-notch account management, resolving issues, and collaborating with product departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally.
• Manage client accounts efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate with product departments for prompt client solutions.
• Maintain client relationships to drive business growth.
• Assist in marketing and sales efforts.
• Stay updated on the Company’s CRM tool for streamlined operations.
• Identify new business prospects.
• Provide assistance to CR Team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of client relationship management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English language.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High IT literacy, familiarity with Google Workspace Tools preferred.
